Insurance Information

Although we take great care in providing the safest, most comfortable animal transport service available, accidents remain a possibility in certain circumstances beyond our control.

While all our driver/attendants are both licensed and fully insured, the following applies to each individual pet we transport.

We will insure against loss up to $100.00 per pet. You may wish to purchase separate cargo insurance to cover the value of your pet(s). For more information, you can visit the web site pafinsurance.com (PAF Cargo Insurance Services) that provides Cargo - Freight - Shipping - Moving Insurance.

Our insurance coverage for up to $100.00 is for animals lost, stolen or killed while in transport. The insurance does not compensate for animals that become ill or expire during or after a normal transport, nor does coverage include losses incurred due to acts of nature. Also, the insurance does not cover for a death incurred due to any pre-existing conditions.
